Founded in 1989, Shine Precision Engineering has grown from a modest single-machine workshop into a 34,000 sq ft contract manufacturing facility in Jurong, Singapore. Today, we operate a fleet of over 50 CNC milling and turning centers alongside certified cleanroom assembly lines, serving semiconductor, medical device, optics, automotive, and energy OEMs worldwide.
Company History & Manufacturing Heritage
Our operations began in a 1,000 sq ft HDB flatted factory supporting local industrial toolmakers. Over three decades of continuous reinvestment in Japanese CNC machinery, automated robotic cells, and coordinate metrology, Shine has evolved into a tier-level manufacturing partner capable of high-mix, tight-tolerance contract production.
In 2020, Shine was named Overall Winner and Advanced Manufacturing Winner at the SwissCham Digital Transformation Awards (organized in collaboration with Deloitte), recognizing our shop-floor deployment of automated robotic machine tending and IoT spindle telemetry. JTC Facility Expansion
Relocated to a 3,000 sq ft JTC industrial facility to support growing OEM production demand.
Production Scaling
Expanded manufacturing operations to 10,000 sq ft, adding CNC milling and turning capacity.
Lok Yang Way Headquarters
Relocated to a 22,000 sq ft facility at 40 Lok Yang Way, establishing our primary precision manufacturing plant.
Second Facility Addition
Acquired a second facility, expanding total manufacturing and operational footprint to 34,000 sq ft.

2019 – 2023Robotic Automation Launch
Deployed automated robotic machine-tending cells and digital spindle monitoring to enhance production repeatability.

Added 10 high-precision CNC centers, including 4-axis, simultaneous 5-axis, and Turn-Mill capabilities, bringing our total CNC fleet to 50+ machines.
